Judge the time frame by the cars and trucks? The old lamp posts...is that a beer truck is this pre or post prohibition - depression era? I'm not sure which way I'm looking...is it the 5 points? I think I see a piece of Trinity church in the upper left of center.

Looks like a retirement watch being handed to him - he was a Mason also.I like the oldtime hearing aid.
